As the Financial Reporting Manager at LINK Group, you will be the orchestrator of Financial Reporting excellence. From planning to execution, finalization, and beyond, you will lead a talented team in managing over 80 entities, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards. Dive into the heartbeat of the financial world, working closely with auditors, fund managers, and other key stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities
- Leadership in Action: Take the reins and guide your team through the Financial Reporting process, providing mentorship, motivation, and development opportunities.
- Global Impact: Manage unit prices for diverse investment funds, spanning equities, futures, options, FX, and more, both domestically and internationally.
- Innovate & Elevate: Contribute to project work, including system implementations and upgrades, staying at the forefront of industry advancements.
- Client-Centric Culture: Be the main point of contact for Financial Reporting matters, building strong relationships with both internal and external partners.
- Career Advancement: Leverage your CA/CPA qualification to unlock a pathway for growth within a collaborative team.
Who You Are:
- Experienced Professional: Bring 3-5 years of prior experience in fund accounting, ideally within an administrator, custodian, fund manager, or auditing firm.
- Financial Reporting Guru: Showcase your strong and extensive experience in the Financial Reporting process.
- People Leader: Demonstrate 1-2 years of staff management experience, with a knack for performance management, recruitment, and team development.
- Industry Savvy: Possess a comprehensive understanding of accounting standards and taxation affecting the managed funds industry.
- Problem Solver: Thrive on solving complex challenges, implementing practical solutions, and coordinating conflicting deadlines.
- Communication Maestro: Exhibit outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, essential for navigating internal and external relationships.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office, and any prior experience with One source or accounts preparation software is a definite plus.
