About The OpportunityReporting to the
Financial Transactions Team Leader, this role is pivotal to ensuring the integrity and accuracy of customer financial information. You will be processing a variety of transactions and monitoring the accuracy of information. Liaising with various stakeholders, you will be investigating and solving issues relating to these transactions. Working in line with Civica policies and procedures, you will possess excellent communication skills, strong system knowledge and be highly driven to deliver best results.
Responsibility:- Processing customer Financial Transactions such as refunds, dishonours adjustments and banking processes
- Investigate and resolve financial errors, anomalies, and customer enquiries in an efficient and effective manner.
- Assist with investigating and responding to escalated incidents from various internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor work practices and procedures together with operating processes within Financial Transactions and identify potential improvements or system faults requiring amendment.
- Monitoring and managing data information requests with external authorities
Essential:- Advantageous to have a financial background with experience in reconciliations, balancing and investigating Financial Transactions.
- Good understanding of computer systems and a proven capacity to analyse and interpret information from databases.
- Energetic and enthusiastic approach to team spirit and an ability to work in a proactive and autonomous manner.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong Customer Service orientation and ethic.
