You'll be the cornerstone of project success in this dynamic role, steering Up to 10 dedicated site staff towards excellence. Your mission: to master the art of project delivery, ensuring every build is not only on schedule and budget but also exceeds quality expectations.

Your Day-to-Day:
- Partner with the site manager to cover all project facets, ensuring smooth operations.

- Optimize resources for peak productivity, keeping timelines tight and teams motivated.
- Uphold the highest safety standards, creating a secure workplace for all.
- Keep a close eye on progress, ready to tackle challenges head-on and keep stakeholders in the loop.
- Lead site staff with confidence, offering support and guidance through every phase.
- Conduct thorough inspections, ensuring compliance and excellence at every turn.
- Resolve any project hiccups or team disputes with effective solutions.
What You Need to Qualify:
- A trade qualification or degree in Construction Management.
- Front-line experience as a Site Foreman, ideally in internal fit-outs within Apartments
- Deep knowledge of local building regulations and industry standards.
- Exceptional leadership qualities and the ability to inspire a team.
- A current QBCC Builders Open license is essential.
- A valid driver's license and a construction white card.
