Fitter Machinist

Temperature Controls Pty Ltd is an Australian owned and run business for over 30 years. Temperature Controls Pty Ltd are industry leaders in machining, manufacturing and assembling Temperature related instruments. Temperature Controls Pty Ltd are looking for a Full-Time Centre Lathe Machinist to start immediately.

Qualifications & experience

• Experience using a Centre Lathe and Mill
• Trade qualification (or relevant industry experience)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Willing to learn new skills including Tig Welding
• Willing to learn and work in a team environment to achieve job deadlines

Tasks & responsibilities

• Operating a Centre Lathe to machine stainless steel parts
• Taper turning, Drilling, Taping and Screw Cutting
• Follow drawings & job sheet instructions to meet customer requirements
