Our client is seeking an experienced Fixed Operations professional to take up a senior management role within the business and lead their parts, service & Ironman departments. This is a rare opportunity to join a successful organisation with huge career development prospects.
The role is best suited for an experienced Fixed Operations Manager who is experienced in parts, service and 4x4 fitment; with a broad knowledge of these departments. This role is to be the linchpin between the parts and service to drive cooperation, teamwork and productivity.
Skills & Abilities
The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate the following:
- Experience in Fixed Operations management
- Experience in parts inventory management
- Service and workshop knowledge is essential
- Possesses exceptional communication skills
- A drive to succeed and achieve key KPI’s
- Ability to build and develop customer relationships
- Ability to mentor, motivate and develop staff
- Be process driven and look for ways to continuously improve operations
- Experience in managing a team
- Professional and well presented
- Current driver’s license
- Police clearance
