Our client the is a market leading specialist supplier of hire safety solutions across multiple sectors. As a very well established company they are growing significantly in Australia and seek a quality Operations Supervisor/Manager to be based in the WA Branch.
The Role
Reporting to the Branch Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for supervising/managing a small operations team. As a good Problem Solver with a Solution Focused approach the successful candidate will be strong in all aspects of Work Health & Safety (WHS).
Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following key qualities:
- Well organised & structured people Supervisor/Manager
- Strong knowledge & commitment to WHS
- A knowledge of the construction sector would be beneficial but not essential
- Proven track record as a team player & successfully supervising/managing small teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with great attention to detail and time management.
