· 17.5% Annual Leave Loading· Superannuation Co-Contribution scheme available· $131,740 + SuperLead and manage a diverse high performing team.A full-time permanent opportunity as a Team Leader – Operations Engineering has become available in the Albany Regional Office.Reporting to the Manager Operations Support Great Southern Region this is a dynamic role that provides leadership, coordination, and direction to the GSR Operations Engineering Team. The team is made up of diverse disciplines of Civil, Mechanical and Electrical.This team provides key support to a frontline operational team working across all areas of Water and Wastewater assets within the region.The focus of the role is to lead, plan and manage the functions of the team including working with key stakeholders across the business to meet the required business outcomes to deliver value to our customers and community.This position will suit collaborative person who is experienced in leading and managing a diverse high performing team to meet commitments and effectively prioritise to maximise outcomes.Key Responsibility:People Management - Optimise the management, development, and deployment of people to ensure the team has the capability to deliver required business outcomes now and in the future.Safety - Demonstrate leadership by ensuring all work is undertaken with safety as the priority, where no injury is considered acceptable, and all activities are undertaken without compromising health and safety.Technical Support - Provide technical input regarding operations and maintenance matters (civil, mechanical, and electrical).Asset Investigations- Lead the team to investigate and analysis faults, failures and performance of water and wastewater assets including recommendation of cost-effective solutions. Ensures the risks associated with identified assets (critical assets and capital upgrades) are assessed and addressed.
