Rental Fleet Manager / Operation Assistant Job Description
We are looking for an energetic Rental Fleet Manager to join our friendly team to support and grow our Hire department. This role includes a wide variety of tasks from hands-on cleaning and maintenance of equipment to delivery and set up, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be practical and have good organizational and computer skills.
Core Responsibilities:
- Ensure equipment is sanitized and serviced ready for re-hire.
- Complete minor repairs.
- Record equipment availability on the hire management software system.
- Ensure that equipment is delivered on time and that the clients at trained to use it competently.
- Arrange pickups of hire equipment at the end of the hire period
- Must ensure all powered mobility is fully charged.
- Prepare and set up all mobility equipment for delivery daily.
- Keeping a safe, tidy and neat workplace
