A new and exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Fleet Sales Consultant / Business Development Manager to join our team at Etheridge Ford. We are looking for an experienced Fleet Sales Consultant / Business Development Manager with a proven automotive sales background and the drive to excel in a professional environment and develop and grow our Fleet Department.
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Identifying client needs and developing long term business relationships.
- End to end sales process.
- Generate new accounts.
- Achieve weekly, monthly and annual performance goals.
- Initiating and exploring new opportunities for fleet volume and growth.
- Handing all Fleet business in an efficient and helpful manner.
- Conducting regular follow ups of all fleet enquiries.
- Manage all existing fleet accounts and clients.
- Providing exceptional customer service and solutions for your clients.
- Promoting the Dealerships range of vehicles to potential new vehicle business clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Automotive sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Provide input into the development of sales and marketing plans.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Prior automotive sales experience of at least 12 months’ is essential.
- Experience as a Fleet Sales Consultant and/or Business Development Manager will be highly regarded.
- The proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and close a sale.
- Enthusiasm and drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Current driver’s licence is required.
- The ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a great working culture.
- The desire and motivation to learn and grow new skills.
- A willingness to learn and upskill.
- A positive attitude and the desire to succeed.
- A passion for the automotive industry.
