As a Fleet Sales Consultant, you will build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, manage Fleet Sales inquiries, and provide tailored solutions to meet our customers' needs.
About the role:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to generate Fleet Sales opportunities.
- Identify customer needs and provide customised fleet solutions to meet their requirements.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles.
- Prepare and present quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals effectively.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support for fleet customers.
- Proven experience in Fleet Sales or B2B sales within the automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in sales documentation and inventory management.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and familiarity with new vehicle market trends is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
