Working closely with the coordinator, F&B staff & kitchen in performance & standards
Create positive working environment
Crucial implementation of staff moral & motivation
Implementing service & delivery procedures
Clear understanding of F&B products
Comfortable in beverage costs and rosters
Working to budgets and cost control
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Restaurant: 7 years (Required)
