- HSEQ Leadership: Champion a positive safety and environmental culture, ensuring compliance with policies and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contractual Compliance: Monitor and advise on FMOMA terms, guiding internal teams to meet obligations.
- Service Oversight: Ensure facility management meets standards, monitoring performance and taking corrective actions.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the main liaison, aligning priorities and enhancing satisfaction.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate operational, financial, and compliance risks associated with the contract.
- Financial Management: Budget, forecast, and control costs, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate across departments, prepare regular reports on contract performance, and maintain accurate documentation.
About you
- Tertiary degree and 10+ years in commercial/contracts management.
- Energy sector experience, preferably in technical asset management.
- Hands-on knowledge of operations and maintenance cycles.
- Extensive experience in managing complex contracts.
- Proven track record of influencing strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in financial management and project organization.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Competence in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
