About the Role
Industry Beans is looking for a customer focused Part-time Front of House Team Leader to help us deliver a market-leading experience. We are looking for a hospitality professional who can demonstrate excellence in customer service. An individual who can raise the quality of our service standards, embrace the company’s robust systems processes & lead the team with the support of the Restaurant Manager.
This role offers the opportunity to:

- A passion for specialty coffee and innovative food and will be looking for opportunities to share that passion with customers.
- Has experience as a Barista and is able to make coffee
To be considered for this role you must possess the following:
- Strong all-round FOH skills (service, waiting, hosting)
- Advanced interpersonal, communication, customer service and leadership skills
- A strong work ethic with a willingness to continually advance and improve
- Ability to use and embrace systems and software
- A passion for specialty coffee & hospitality
- A positive and professional demeanour
- Has experience as a a Barista and is able to make coffee
- Available to work Thursday, Friday and weekends
- A current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (desirable)
- A current First Aid and CPR certificate (desirable)
