The Amora Hotel Riverwalk Melbourne is part of the Amora Hotels & Resorts Group with properties in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Thailand.
We are looking to appoint an experienced waiter for our Restaurant and Conferences and Events Department. The roles would be Full Time, 5 days a week, 38 hours in total. We are looking to appoint an experienced waiter for our Restaurant a mix of am and pm shifts Conferences and Events shifts would also be a mixture of Am and Pm Shifts.
The Role
Working with Food and Beverage Team, the waiter will be responsible for the Restaurant or Conferences and Events area however duties may also include assisting with Bar and Room service.
Specific responsibilities may include:
- Taking orders, serving Food and Beverage items to the correct company standards
- Stock control and rotation
- Staff Training
- Controlling online bookings as well as enquires
- Cleaning of floors, benches, and coffee Machine
The Candidate

- Previous experience working as a waiter.
