We are seeking a highly organised and detailed-oriented individual to join our team as an administrative coordinator at our Dandenong South office. This position requires the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to various areas within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails, both internal and external.
- Assist in scheduling jobs, meetings and appointments with vendors.
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Organising and maintaining data and other records.
- Drafting and editing documents, reports, and quotes.
- Managing inventory and ordering office and factory supplies.
- Providing general & sales support to the VIC-team.
- Performing basic accounting tasks, such as preparing expense reports and processing invoices.
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative & sales tasks as assigned
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales & organizational goals
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
