The Wood Restaurant has been named Best Restaurant in a Winery for Regional NSW at the 2023 Restaurant & Catering Association Hostplus Awards for Excellence! Open for lunch Friday-Tuesday, and for dinner Fridays and Saturdays. We are seeking both up and coming superstars and experienced Food and Beverage professionals to join our busy team. The successful candidates will be keen to work weekends!

Tasks & responsibilities
- Ensure customers are served in a professional and diligent manner.
- Take customer orders and receive payment accurately.
- Cleaning of customer and food preparation areas.
- General waiting and service duties for Food and Beverages, including clearing tables.
- Preparation of beverages.
Essential requirements
- Can do attitude!
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification.
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or evidence of medical exemption.
Desirable requirements
- Experience working in a restaurant or café.
- Basic Food and wine knowledge.
- Experience with food handling and food safety.
- Experience preparing barista style coffee.
- Wine sensory knowledge.
