About the Role:
The Food and Beverage Duty Manager's primary responsibility will be to assist with the day-to-day operations at one of the largest venues in Melbourne’s West, leading our fabulous Food and Beverage team on shift, ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurants adn bars so that our guests have an exceptional experience.
You will be:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the large bistro, lobby bar, sports bar, and functions areas, ensuring the highest level of service and guest satisfaction.
- A natural and confident leader with strong communication skills
- Focussed on the development of the team, with the ability to lead, train and coordinate staff in a motivating and effective manner
- Passionate about customer service and delivering amazing guest experiences
- Knowledgeable about compliance, regulations, and venue operations
- Highly organised with the ability to manage an inventory, including ordering supplies and ensuring that stock levels are well maintained.
- Confident handling guest feedback in an efficient and proactive manner
- Able to support the team in all areas of operations as required.
- Able to manage end of shift cash ups, reporting and communications
