The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for both planning and everyday operations to meet growth goals. They'll set and maintain standards in all Food and drink areas, and collaborate with other key staff to achieve the desired results. This includes working on product development, presentation, revenue growth, staff development, and providing great guest services.

Key responsibilities
- Ensure the consistent offering from all Food and Beverage outlets
- Plan and collaborate with the Head Chef for all menu development and activations
- Train and develop the Food & Beverage Team
- Drive a guest focused culture within the team
- Liaise with the Marketing Team to deliver venue activations and promotions
- Liaise with the Sales Team to deliver excellence and consistency in guest service for our conference bookings
- Communicate regularly and report to key stakeholders on new initiatives and revenue plans
About You
- Qualifications Relevant Tertiary Education, RSA, Wine Accreditation
- Minimum 3 years in a Management Role
- Self-Motivated, Results Orientated, Leads by Example
- Engaging with local groups and communities
