What you’ll do:
- Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional service and create memorable guest experiences.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase profitability.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Train and mentor staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
Who are you?
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, with a strong background in restaurant management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of Food and Beverage trends, as well as health and safety regulations.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
