- Food Quarter: Food Quarter’s fresh coastal palette and open plan design provides a bright and contemporary area that serves as the ideal casual dining space for lunch, dinner, or a midnight snack!
- Kiyomi: Kiyomi is an intimate Japanese signature dining space. Featuring mouth-watering sashimi, freshly shaken cocktails encompassed with a menu created by our team of visionary Chefs, Kiyomi is one of the Gold Coast’s more talked about restaurants.
- In-Room Dining: Our In Room Dining Department service our guests at The Star Gold Coast. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor will need to be dynamic, well presented, pro-active to the needs of our guests, culturally sensitive and a real people person. In this role you will be responsible for the day–to-day smooth running of the department and effective supervision of the team.
- Garden Kitchen & Bar: Indoor melts into the great outdoors at Garden Kitchen & Bar, where you can treat yourself to drinks against a backdrop of lush tropical greenery. With a 13-metre long indoor bar, expansive deck and emerald lawn, this premium venue is an icon of the Gold Coast.
A few of your responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Venue Manager to recruit and develop team members
- Ensuring RSA standards are met at all times
- Assist in leading the venue
- Ensuring all team members maintain cleanliness and organisation of the venue
- Serving Food and creating and serving of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for our patrons
What are we looking for:
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guests
- Flexible availability to suit a 24/7 roster
- Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment
