Ventia are currently looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our Defence contact to assist with our US Marine and exercise surge activities - We currently have vacancies at Robertson Barracks and Howard Springs. We are looking for a dynamic 'hands-on' leader who is up for the challenge of guiding and supporting a strong Food and Beverage team to build on a growing reputation and achieve excellence in service standards by leading from the front.

Immediate start until November 2024
Your duties will also include:
Co-ordinate the monthly bar & beverage stocktake, complete reports accurately & submit as per the end of month time schedule/calendar issued.
Control, monitor & complete weekly rosters, in conjunction with F&B Staff ensure these rosters fall within budgetary constraint & contractual requirements.
Attend & conduct regular pre-starts.
Input of all meal pass data into actual/forecast spreadsheet in a timely manner.
Ensure that messes are completing the buffet compliance & all toolboxes etc are uploaded into IMS

Well-developed computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP and IMS (or similar integrated management system).
Strong planning and organisational skills and proven experience in collaborative and consultative processes at a professional level.
Proven experience of working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
Food Safety for Supervisors certification (training provided by employer) desirable.
Sound knowledge of Food Safety Standards, relevant legislation and statutory obligations.
Enthusiasm and commitment to high standards of customer service.
