Who we're seeking?
An enthusiastic Food and Beverage Supervisor with a strong commitment to providing a high level of customer service. This role will require you to maintain effective staff management in line with the operational needs of the business. You will monitor and review, improve upon standard operating procedures in line with company requirements.
You will have previous a experience in a similar role within a 4/5 star environment, strong knowledge in food & beverage operations and knowledge of financial and payroll functions.
