About Rydges Hotel Bankstown
Rydges Bankstown is a 120 room 4 star hotel fronting the Hume Highway in Bass Hill. The property features a restaurant, bar, and conferencing facilities.
We are looking for a fun and enthusiastic individual to join our small and friendly team in the capacity of Part TimeFood & Beverage Attendants.
The successful applicants will require their Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification (RSA).
As well as the following qualities and experience:
- Honest and friendly customer service skills
- Team player with a positive & enthusiastic attitude
- Professional manner & grooming
- Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic hotel operation
- Functions & event experience
- Intermediate beer & wine knowledge
- Experience with a POS System
Range of duties include but are not limited to:
- Anticipating and attending to guests needs
- Breakfast buffet and espresso coffee service
- Al a carte dinner service
- Bar service
- Setting up functions
- Being actively involved in all aspects of food and beverage
