The Company

Set amongst a tranquil lake, gorgeous Vines and 200 year old gum trees, this picturesque venue in McLaren Vale boasts a Chef's Hat Restaurant, Cellar Door, four-star accommodation, and premium conference and function facilities. Less than an hour from the city, this restaurant is the ultimate escape set on a stunning vineyard. It is a well-established venue with a supportive team behind it.


The Role

Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Food and Beverage Service Manager will implement service procedures and training across the Chef's Hat Restaurant and Events including weddings. This is a family run venue that serves lunch weekly from Wednesday, but only 3 dinner services a week, allowing the successful candidate to experience true work-life balance.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in Hospitality Management
  • A flair and passion for delivering outstanding food and beverage service
  • A strong appreciation for quality in all elements of your work
  • Ability to train work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong work ethic, excellent communication, delegation and time-management
