A bit about the role….
- Genuinely engage with our guests providing attentive and professional service.
- Take orders, provide menu recommendations, table service, cleaning, stock handling and cash handling duties.
- Bar and Barista service depending on shift times.
- Assist with in house events and a variety of functions.
- Stay one step ahead of guest needs and use your 'Can Do" attitude to respond to requests and queries.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to achieve positive guest outcomes.
A bit about you…
- Articulate – a great communicator, you’ll be warm, welcoming & easy to talk to.
- Flexible to work weekends, mornings & evenings.
- Able to prioritise & work independently in a multi-paced environment.
- Restaurant A La Carte, buffet and conference experience.
- Professionalism and pride with personal grooming, punctuality and professionalism.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
- Have at least one year of food and beverage experience (preferred).
