Skills and Experience Restaurant Manager
Flexible availability over a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards
Managing of staff in a respectful manner
Handling customer resolution Reliable and honest
Confidence in your ability to take charge, able to give and receive genuine feedback and take action as needed
Must have a proactive approach
Exceptional organisation skills - you need to thrive in a fast paced environment
Must love the hospitality industry Able to do stock control using Impos Impos is POS Create rosters and approve timesheet
Previous a la carte experience
Have great time management
Diploma or above and 2 years industry experiencefull-time relevant work experience in a similar role Can do attitude with a willingness to learn
