Chocolate Buddha is seeking a passionate and professional Food & Beverage Supervisor, capable of delivering exceptional experiences to join our team. The successful candidate must have proven hospitality management experience, outstanding customer service and presentation skills. We are looking for a career-focused hospitality professional ready to take the next step in career development. Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager, you will assist with day to day operations of the venue and supervise shifts.
About our Venue:
We are a beautifully designed Space in the middle of Fed Square. We offer excellent food and beverages at reasonable prices and we are busy most of the year. We are conveniently located across from Flinders Street Station and currently operate 5 days per week, Wednesday to Sunday.
Essential Requirements:
- Capacity to work in a team environment whilst leading from the front
- Experience in developing and executing operational procedures
- Extensive restaurant and bar experience
- Experience with stock control
- Experience with bookings and reservations
- Ability to train and develop staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experience
- Ensuring policies and procedures and standards are adhered to and clearly communicated
- Current RSA
