What will you do
Work across all Food & Beverage outlets particularly Room Service / In Room dining
Ensure that the Food & Beverage team deliver exceptional & professional guest service at all times
Work with all departments to ensure that service times are adhered to
Familiarise the team with VIPs and regular guests to ensure that their requests are met
Complete and maintain procedures for stock control, breakages and ensure equipment is in sound working condition
Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with Food Safety regulations
What you need to be successful
Previous experience in a similar role is essential
Ability to supervise and lead a team to achieve excellent & efficient service
Outstanding time management and organisational skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Sound knowledge of rostering and the relevant award
Hands on approach
