Food & Beverage Supervisor

We are looking for enthusiastic & passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis at Novotel Sydney Parramatta.

Our 194 room Hotel is in the heart of Parramatta, home to some of Sydney’s best dining, shopping and entertainment venues. Plus, with a brand-new light rail under construction and ‘Eat Street’ activation, this is the place you want to be!

• The efficient running of the food and beverage service function to both meet and exceed customer needs and expectations with a focus on conference & events.
• Supervising and leading the team of food and beverage attendants in all areas such as; operations, employee engagement and training & development etc.
• Catering to the needs of all guests to ensure requests and needs are met.
• Liaising with relevant departments with regards to Food & Beverage distribution e.g. Kitchen.

The successful candidate will have the following;

• Passion for Food & Beverage service and guest engagement - always seeking to find the YES in every situation.
• Strong leadership skills and previous experience in leading a team within the hospitality industry
• Strong sales approach and passion for driving and generating business.
• Excellent communication skills; including both verbal and written.
• A hands on approach with an eye for detail and accuracy.
