The Role
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager your passion is food, and you know your way around a drinks menu. You can’t wait to move up the ladder and you set an example for everyone in your team! You will assist in leading the team and creating a dinning experience that keeps our guest wanting more
You will collaborate with our guests by:
- Creating an outstanding employment experience for the Food and Beverage Collaborators
- Leading by example and Championing our Guiding Principles to bring the best out of your team.
- Providing a warm and genuine service experience
- Anticipating and responding to tricky requests & concerns in a professional and timely manner and coaching your team to do the same.
- Taking an active interest in providing on-the-job coaching and training to the Food & Drink guides.
- Experience in higher-end restaurants and in leading teams.
- Understanding of current gastronomic trends.
- Exceptional knowledge of a-la-carte service, wine, and food pairing.
