FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR - SELWYN SNOW RESORT (WINTER 2024)

Selwyn Snow Resort is back better than ever in 2024 and we are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team for Winter 2024!

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:

• Supervising the Food & Beverage Team

• Ensuring staff are managed efficiently and meet targets

• Oversee product and produce ordering for all Food & Beverage venues

• Ensuring ordering is performed in an economical manner to minimise wastage

• Completing and following all mandatory health and safety requirements

• Training staff within the Food & Beverage Team

• Oversee rostering of Food & Beverage Team

• Actively working within Food & Beverage venues

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Hospitality Supervisor experience an advantage

• Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (NSW)

• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate an advantage
