About the position
The Anchorage has a selection of dining and food offering across the property, including the Galley Kitchen which offers a casual dining setting and provides room service and pool bar service to our guests; and the sophisticated Moby’s Bar which is home to a selection of the world’s finest whiskies, smartest cocktails and wonderful wines. This award winning crew is casting a line out for an enthusiastic and customer focused Food and Beverage leader. This full time opportunity is responsible for providing our guests with exceptional experiences; essential accountabilities include:
This position will require availability for split shifts for breakfast, lunch and dinner service across a 7 day rotating roster. Our seasonal peaks run through summer, public holiday and school holiday periods, availability during seasonal peaks is essential.
Certifications required: RSA
About you
We are seeking passionate senior Food and Beverage professionals with fine dining experience. Good knowledge of wine or exposure to presenting wine in a restaurant setting will be highly regarded. You will have exceptional customer service skills, a positive and enthusiastic attitude, and the ability to retain your high standards in a busy and demanding position. Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to provide guidance and mentoring to staff is essential to the success of this position.
