Food & Beverage Team Leader

Pan Pacific Melbourne is seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Team Leader to support our In Room Dining service. Your responsibility would include leading the In Room Dinning operation during our dinner service, providing service excellence to all our guests.

The Role:

• Be responsible for providing our guests with high quality service throughout their dining, bar & in room dining experience.
• Ensuring our guests receive friendly, personalised, efficient service while providing an excellent dining experience
• Support and motivate our team of Food & Beverage Attendants to offer a high quality service to our guests.
• Requires a rotating roster including weekends, and late evenings.
• A Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate is essential for this role.

Ideally you will have:

• A passion for the hospitality industry
• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage role offering a high level of guest service. 
• Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
• A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.

This role will include weekends and public holidays.
