Working on a full time rotating roster, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Supervise Food & Beverage operations and team members on shift.
- Confidently know the food and beverage menu contents and explain them in detail to guests.
- Manage guest queries, dietary requirements and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Support Managers with training and development of team members.
- Report any health & safety incidents or accidents to the Duty Manager.
- Food & Beverage experience, preferably within the hotel industry
- Coffee, wine and cocktail knowledge
- Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude
