To ensure we maintain an exceptional experience for all our members and guests, we are seeking full time Food & Beverage Team Leaders to join the team and embark on a new and exciting challenge.
A day in the life
You’ll be an integral part of our F&B operations as you use your incredible management skills to lead a team of dedicated F&B professionals to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests, daily.
We’re looking for someone who is adaptable and who has a ‘can-do’ attitude. As a leader, you’ll help to set the standards by displaying a passion for hospitality and the motivation to deliver an exceptional level of service to our guests.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality superstar to take their next step with a company that provides excellent career development opportunities. The position is full-time, based on a 38-hour week and penalties are paid. You’ll be rostered to meet the peak and flow of business demands.

We’re looking for…
- Previous supervisory/Team Leader experience in a fast-paced F&B environment
- Previous experience in Conference and Events is ideal
- A genuine love of hospitality and providing great service
- Extensive knowledge of F&B service procedures
- A solid understanding of financial control
- Knowledge of local food and wine producers
- A valid Victorian RSA
- Exceptional communication skills and a bright & friendly personality
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to motivate your team
- Availability across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and peak holiday periods (Christmas & New Year are essential)
- Full working rights in Australia
