 What will I be doing?  

Working on a full time rotating roster, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: 

  • Supervise Food & Beverage operations and team members on shift. 
  • Confidently know the food and beverage menu contents and explain them in detail to guests. 
  • Manage guest queries, dietary requirements and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Support Managers with training and development of team members. 
  • Report any health & safety incidents or accidents to the Duty Manager.

What are we looking for? 

  • Food & Beverage experience, preferably within the hotel industry
  • Coffee, wine and cocktail knowledge
  • Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive attitude
