Food industry Sales representative /Merchandiser

Are you a results driven, conscientious person with a high level of attention to detail with all tasks that you perform, and would like to be part of an expanding family Food Manufacturing Business that has values and passion for continuous improvement? We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to add to our team. 

Approx 31 hrs weekly, full time/part time opportunities for suitable candidate. 

Duties will include but not limited to;

• Development of strong relationships with new & existing customers
• Identify, secure & execute new sales opportunities
• Maintain a regular customer call cycle to ensure our products are correctly represented
• Implementation of required promotional programs to drive sales
• Achievement of sales budgets
• Provide information & feedback on market & competitive activity

The successful applicant must possess the following;

• Minimum 2 years previous FMCG sales experience
• Sales experience in other industry can be considered 
• Ability to seek out & close sales opportunities
• Customer facing, direct sales experience
• Positive can do attitude with strong work ethic
• Ability to work within a small team
• Great time management skills
• Self motivated with a passion to build business
• Ability to work with & successfully communicate with people at all levels
• Current SA drivers licence.
