An exciting opportunity exists for a Food Safety Quality Assurance Officer (FSQAO) at our Longford Plant.

Responsibilities (but are not limited to):
- Conduct pre-operational hygiene assessment of manufacturing facility
- Conduct MHA product and process inspections and microbial sampling (as necessary)
- Monitor and maintain programs including market specific segregation requirements
- Participate in Internal and External Audits
- Participate with the HACCP team
- Conduct AUS-MEAT monitoring
- Monitor and maintain QA isolation procedures
- Undertake other related activities as may be required
Criteria:
- Good verbal & written communication abilities
- Sound computer skills (MS Office)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating organisational & time management skills
- Sound Auditing skills
