Food Safety Quality Assurance Officer

An exciting opportunity exists for a Food Safety Quality Assurance Officer (FSQAO) at our Longford Plant.

Responsibilities (but are not limited to):

• Conduct pre-operational hygiene assessment of manufacturing facility
• Conduct MHA product and process inspections and microbial sampling (as necessary)
• Monitor and maintain programs including market specific segregation requirements
• Participate in Internal and External Audits
• Participate with the HACCP team
• Conduct AUS-MEAT monitoring
• Monitor and maintain QA isolation procedures
• Undertake other related activities as may be required

Criteria:

• Good verbal & written communication abilities
• Sound computer skills (MS Office)
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating organisational & time management skills
• Sound Auditing skills
