We’re looking for exceptional communicators with strong knowledge and understanding of claims processes, procedures and policy terms and conditions to ensure compliance with legislation and to ensure effective Quality Assurance reviews, to fill a full time vacancy in our Process Optimisation and Quality Assurance team.
As a Process Optimisation and Quality Assurance Officer, you’ll be resilient, self-motivated, display strong problem solving skills and have the ability to make rational judgements in accordance with existing procedures and guidelines.
Successful candidates will have:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge and an understanding of compliance/regulatory and legislative requirements impacting claims.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to cope with pressure and manage time effectively.
- Confident decision maker with the ability to problem solve and gather relevant information in a timely manner.
- A demonstrated passion to resolve disputes and strive to achieve great customer and company outcomes.
