Managing the operations of the camp kitchen, you will be a part of the site leadership team, mentoring and overseeing kitchen staff and ensuring quality standards are maintained. Desired Qualifications / Experience
- Genuine passion for producing great food
- Qualifications and experience in a commercial cookery
- Comprehensive knowledge of common dietary needs and food allergens
- Food Supervisor and Food Handing Certification
Remuneration package is based on experience.
