Responsibilities:
· Ensure all business induction and training policies are followed and implemented
· Ensure all visitors, customers and new employees are onsite inducted
· Promote safe work place, ensure policies and procedures are maintained and updated
· Ensure HACCP compliance across the workforce and site
· Implement and monitor the WHS system
· Carry out risk assessments and ensure policies are updated
· Recommend corrective actions and suggestions to ensure compliance
· Develop and implement SOPs
· Provide analysis and reporting
· Undertake Internal Audit process to ensure compliance
· Provide assistance and support to internal stakeholders in relation to risk and compliance
Key Criteria:
· At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role in FMCG or Transport
· HACCP working knowledge essential
· Superior attention to detail and accuracy
· Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
· Willing to obtain compliance certification
· Internal Audit & Reporting skills
· Proactive, flexible and energetic
