We are an established HVAC Mechanical Company within the construction industry located in the St George area and we are looking for a reliable and experienced HVAC Technician/Foreman to manage and oversea a current active project within the Sydney metro area - Ashbury.
You will be responsible for organization, implementation, and scheduling of the project from conception to completion and hands on tools when needed. Be a professional and good communicator to liaise with our clients and team.
Responsibilities
- Communicate, coordinate and direct workers and subcontractors
- Liaise with client for project scheduling and meetings
- Reviewing the project and scheduling deliverables
- Meet contractual conditions and performance
- Review the work progress daily
- Plan ahead and resolve any emerging issues that may arise
- Evaluate, manage, and mitigate risks
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper safety techniques are in place
Requirements
- Cert IV in Refrigeration & Air conditioning
- Minimum 10 years’ experience
- Proven working experience in HVAC installations and VRV/VRF systems
- Knowledge of construction management processes, efficiencies, and procedures
- Expert knowledge of related construction rules, regulations, and quality Australian standards to comply with building code.
- Understanding of all facets of HVAC installation processes
- Ability to plan and see end results
- Excellent time management skills
- Construction White Card
- ARC License
Remuneration
- Wage is based upon experience and qualifications.
- Hourly rate negotiable
