Scope of Works:- Supervise the meticulous removal of 3,300T of contaminated asbestos material.
- Oversee the safe disposal of an old pool.
- Lead the efficient chop and mulching of 105 trees across the site.
- Manage detail excavation tasks, including pad footings, capping beams, retaining wall footings, tree pits, and strip footings.
Responsibilities:- Provide strong leadership to on-site teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate closely with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Enforce strict compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of project activities, including daily reports and resource utilization.
Requirements:- Proven experience in civil construction, with a strong background in supervision and project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Thorough understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and relevant certifications are preferred
