Address This a full-time permanent position based in the Shepparton area. Wages will be paid at an hourly rate totalling a minimum of $70,000 per annum. Operating hours of the facility are from 6.00 am until 8.00pm and your shift will fall within this window. You will be rostered on for a minimum of 42 hours/week. Days of work are Monday to Friday, and some Saturdays. You will be working in a fruit packing shed environment where food safety and WHS are a priority.
This role is responsible for efficiently moving product within and outside the packing shed and cool storage environment. They must ensure documentation, labelling, palletisation and presentation are completed accurately. They are responsible for movement and storage of product; loading and unloading trucks; and monitoring key performance indicators such as movements, damage and on time dispatch.
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following:
• Previous work experience as a Forklift Operator
• Current Australian Forklift Licence
• Ability to work flexible hours with varying rosters
• Honest and reliable
• Work rights within Australia
• Ability to adhere to company QA and OH&S requirements
• Positive attitude and aptitude to learn and apply new processes
• Excellent attention to detail and quality focussed
• Communicates clearly and respectfully

Desirable qualifications:
• Completion of secondary school
• Certificate III or above in Supply Chain Operations, Food Processing or HACCP Certification
