Role Overview:
As an Area Sales Manager (ASM) at IPL RETAIL GROUP, you will be at the forefront of our Commercial Sales operations, serving as the primary contact for our retail customers. Your role will be to drive sales, distribution, and growth targets within your designated sales territory, while promoting our premium brands in a manner that reflects the values and quality image of IPL RETAIL GROUP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers within your territory.
- Sales & Distribution: Plan and execute strategies to achieve sales and distribution objectives.
- Customer Service: Provide ongoing superior customer service, fostering brand loyalty and encouraging incremental growth.
- Brand Promotion: Educate clients about our brands and drive sales through established relationships.
- Performance Review: Maintain customer records and review performance at regular intervals.
- Promotions Management: Administer trade promotional and incentive schemes in line with the Marketing Programme.
- Merchandising: Ensure maximum display exposure of IPL RETAIL GROUP products at points of sale.
- Market Intelligence: Report on key industry trends, developments, and competitor activities.
- Time Management: Meet deadlines, plan calls efficiently, and follow up on queries promptly.
- Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with the regional team and across the organization, contributing to a positive team spirit.
- Sales Meetings: Attend and implement actions from sales meetings.
