About the Role
V&V Walsh is currently looking to employ experienced Forklift Operators for the Bunbury meats processing facility.
Candidates must have a current Forklift ticket and the ability to work unsupervised periodically.
Please be advised that a pre-employment medical, inclusive of a fitness test, baseline hearing test, and drug and alcohol screen, is a requirement for employment at V&V Walsh. We also now require all incoming staff to be Q-fever vaccinated. The Q-fever vaccination will be a part of the pre-employment medical.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Operating a Forklift, moving numerous equipment and supplies around site
- Adhering to all workplace safety regulations
Skills and Experience:
- Candidates must have a current Forklift ticket and the ability to work unsupervised periodically.
- Able to work within a team and independently
- Reliable with a good attendance record
