About the Role:
As an FP&A Accountant with this esteemed organisation, you will play a crucial role in driving financial planning and analysis efforts. This position is located in Summer Hill, Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial modelling to support strategic decision-making.
• Engage in forecasting activities to anticipate future financial trends.
• Prepare comprehensive management reports for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the CFO and Finance Controller in traditional finance team structures.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's budgeting process.

Key Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Strong proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
• Excellent critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated business acumen and resilience.
• Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic and driven company culture.
