Having grown organically they are seeking a commercial minded analyst who is looking to step into a business partnering role and make an impact in their fast paced FP&A team.
The Role
Reporting into the FP&A Manager, this role will be a key finance partner to cost centers across the business. With the responsibilities including but not limited to:
- KPI and key business performance reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Generating financial insights, using analytics to support business leadership
- Highlight opportunities for process improvement, and providing relevant recommendations to then improve business efficiency
- Use reports and dashboards to provide feedback to senior management on business performance
- Other ad hoc responsibilities that are aligned with the role
The Ideal Candidate
- Will be CA / CPA qualified or have commenced their qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Experience in a multi-site / retail environment will be highly sought after
- Experience working in an analyst position will be beneficial
- A positive attitude, with the willingness to drive, confidence in asking questions and working closely with Senior leaders
