AddressInsights Analyst - 6 months contract
The Company
A major Global Bank is looking to improve service and product offerings by understanding Customers enquiries, actions and behaviour's to deliver high impact and tangible insights and results. Working on a big Analytics project the team are looking for a proactive Insights Analyst to work within the product and customer insights space and join their amazing and high performing team.
The Role
Working with a passionate Insights Chapter Lead, you'll be participating in planning, forecasting, deep-dive portfolio & behavioural analyses and ultimately providing intuitive and actionable insights to improve business functions and customer experience.
You'll be well-versed in data discovery and manipulation, and have the goal of transforming business requirements into analytical approaches and insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reporting & analytics work streams which aim to use reporting, monitoring and predictive analytics to optimise process performance
- Use complex data and tools to understand aspects of process performance and explain performance trends to senior stakeholders and business partners
- Utilise data visualisation techniques to powerfully convey insights and facilitate data discovery
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within business units to improve service, reduce costs and manage risk within appetite
About You
- Min 2-3+ years' experience in development of insights, metrics, evaluation and modelling.
- Good experience with querying languages (eg. SQL, SAS) or other data mining and manipulation tools.
- Experience in building predictive analytical models (eg. Python) a big plus.
- Experience with Tableau for effective data visualisation
- Good communication skills and experience working with senior stakeholders and turning business problems into meaningful insights.
